Tirana Inc.’s Bootcamp, the beginning of an Incubation programme

Tirana Inc.’s Bootcamp started on September 8th with such good energy coming from the 10 student-teams joining the programme.

During the first day, students got to know each other and some of the mentors, as well as shared some expectations and goals of Tirana Inc.

The second day of the Bootcamp was intense and very interesting!

The highlight of the day was the mentor’s carousel session, where students got to receive the first suggestions and advice from mentors.  The feedback was quite impressive from both sides and some of the teams already started designing their business model.

We ended the day with a motivational talk from Sonila Abdalli, founder of Destil Creative Hub. She shared her journey as an entrepreneur and motivated students to always believe in themselves.

After 2 intensive days of training, the teams pitched their ideas in front of their peers and mentors. The pitching was followed by a Q & A session in-between start-ups and participants. It was obvious that after only 2 days all the students had made a progression in terms of thinking and pitching their ideas.

The bootcamp marks the beginning of the Tirana Inc. Incubation programme, where 10 teams will be mentored and trained to kickstart their own company! Don’t forget to follow Tirana Inc. and support your favorite team in this amazing entrepreneurial journey.

Bootcamp i Tirana Inc. filloi më 8 Shtator me energji shumë të mirë prej 10 ekipeve të studentëve që iu bashkuan programit.

Gjatë ditës së parë, studentët patën kohë të njohin njëri-tjetrin dhe disa nga mentorët, si dhe të ndanin pritshmëritë e tyre dhe qëllimet lildhur me Tirana Inc.

Dita e dytë e bootcamp-it të Tirana Inc. ishte intensive dhe shumë interesante!

Pika kryesore e ditës ishte gjatë sesionit të karuselit të mentorëve, ku studentët morën sugjerimet dhe këshillat e para nga mentorët. Reagimet ishin mjaft mbresëlënëse nga të dyja palët dhe disa nga ekipet filluan të hartojnë modelin e tyre të biznesit.

E mbyllëm ditën me bisedën motivuese nga Sonila Abdalli, themeluesja e Destil Creative Hub. Ajo ndau rrugëtimin e saj si sipërmarrëse dhe i motivoi ekipet që të besojnë gjithmonë te vetja.

Pas 2 ditëve intensive trajnimi, ekipet prezantuan idetë e tyre para skuadrave tw tjera dhe mentorëve. Prezantimi u pasua nga një session pyetje-pergjigje, ndërmjet startup-eve dhe pjesëmarrësve. Ishte evidente që pas thjesht 2 ditësh, të gjithë studentët kishin bërë progres në mendimin dhe prezantimin e idesë e tyre.
