During the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2023, dedicated to promoting innovation and empowering the Albanian entrepreneurial community, Piramida hosted an event on November 15th titled “The Role of Universities and VET (Vocational Educational Training) in the Development of Entrepreneurial Talents,” organized by EU4Innovation and ProSEED 2.0 Albania.
A special focus was on INNOVET, a joint initiative of EU4Innovation and ProSEED, that aims to promote entrepreneurship and innovative thinking as skill sets for future talents in public VET providers.
During the event, a panel discussion got together distinguished guests from Albanian government, universities, public VET providers, CSOs and private sector. They elaborated on the crucial role of universities and public VET providers in nurturing talent, designing relevant curricula, providing early practical experiences, highlighting opportunities, and inspiring young individuals to choose business as a career path.
