For the second year in a row, the PREVENT Waste Alliance and Circular City Labs, in collaboration with Como Consult GmbH, hosted the Leadership Training for Multipliers in the Circular Economy in January 2025. Over the course of 5 days, the program of the training is focused on the four dimensions of leadership: leading self, leading teams, leadership in organizations and leading social change.
A group of 16 participants from Albania, Colombia, Georgia, and South Africa gathered in Berlin, Germany, to embark on a transformative leadership journey. The program also included a visit to EINFACH MEHRWEG, a reuse company committed to circular practices, where the group learned from their innovative approach.
