EU for Innovation was an official partner of ‘Start-Up City 4’, a yearly event which has now become a tradition for to empower and foster business ideas and initiatives of pupils and students, organized jointly by the Metropolitan University of Tirana, Metropolitan Incubator – MI, and the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.
Out of 62 business ideas that competed in this edition, 14 made it to the 2-day Bootcamp and eventually to the final stage on May 27th, 2022. In addition to the grand prize of 2,500 Euros, other prizes were handed to 8 of the best ideas during the final.
“The Automatic Drawers” were the winners of the first prize, worth 2500 Euros. @studentlife.al came in second place with a monetary prize of 1000 Euros and “Diversi8”, were announced winners of the third price and will receive catered mentoring through Metropolitan Incubator.
