Spanning Boundaries Training Programme – Second cohort

Remember the Spanning Boundaries Project, an initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union? https://www.spanning-boundaries.eu/

The second cohort of the Spanning Boundaries Training Programme is less than 2 months away from finalization. With over 60 professionals of 10 different nationalities participating in the training sessions, 5 of them are of Albanian nationality. These professionals come from a variety of public and private institutions, such as: the Faculty of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Barleti University, Polis University, Tech360 and the Center Science and Innovation for Development.

All participants seem to agree when pointing out a notorious lack of collaboration between universities and businesses in Albania, as well as the need for a solid, widely accepted, quadruple helix model in the country.

The participation of the Albanian professionals is powered by EU for Innovation and facilitated though the direct support of UIIN [University Industry Innovation Network], one of the partners behind the organization of the Spanning Boundaries Project.
