This presentation was delivered as part of a three-day Horizon Europe Info Session organised under the Ecosystem Connectors Berlin – Western Balkans project, designed to unlock collaboration opportunities between leading entrepreneurship ecosystems in Berlin and the Western Balkans, represented by Tirana and Sarajevo.
The first session introduced participants to the overall structure, objectives and funding opportunities of Horizon Europe, offering practical guidance on how to identify relevant open calls and analyse funding opportunities. The webinar also covered the basics of proposal writing and consortium-building strategies, helping participants better understand how to approach the application process.
The session was delivered with the support of Zabala Innovation Consulting S.A., one of Europe’s leading consultancy firms in innovation funding, active in the field since 1986.
