Investor Pitch Day in Tirana connects startups with regional investors

On 27 June, Keiretsu Forum Southeast Europe hosted its latest Investor Pitch Day in Tirana, bringing together some of the most promising startups from Albania and Kosovo with a curated audience of investors, partners, and entrepreneurship professionals.

The event opened with remarks from Ardian Hoxha, President of Keiretsu Forum SEE, and EU4Innovation, highlighting the importance of strengthening private investment ecosystems in the Western Balkans and creating more structured opportunities for startups to access capital.

A key highlight of the evening was a Fireside Chat featuring Enrico Baldassarri, an experienced international executive with leadership roles in global companies such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Revlon. In conversation with Ravik Mima, CEO of Keiretsu Forum SEE, the discussion explored strategic investment, corporate governance, and sustainable business transformation—offering valuable insights for both founders and investors.

At the core of the event were the startup pitches, where five selected ventures presented their solutions across diverse sectors:

  • Onemor – a global fitness training platform aiming to become the world’s first “Fitness OS”
  • Giftera – a digital gifting solution operating on a B2B2C model
  • Bliss – an online therapy platform targeting Albanian-speaking diaspora and beyond
  • EU Presence – a platform supporting businesses with EU regulatory compliance
  • MedApp – an application for managing and sharing family health records

Following the presentations, investors engaged in a closed “Mind Sharing” session, discussing concrete interests and potential collaboration opportunities. The evening concluded with networking, fostering new connections and reinforcing the role of platforms like Keiretsu Forum SEE in building a more structured and sustainable private investment landscape in Albania and the wider region.

Through its support to ecosystem actors and investment-readiness initiatives, EU4Innovation contributes to strengthening links between startups and investors; helping unlock growth opportunities and accelerate the development of a more dynamic and competitive innovation ecosystem.
