
EU4Innovation hosted a three-day Innovation Management Training for 35 professionals from the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation (MEKI) and the Agency for Innovation and Excellence (AIE). Hosted at AIE’s venue, the training aimed to enhance the capacity of public sector professionals to drive and manage innovation within their institutions.


The training, led by expert Dr. Shkelzen Marku, provided practical and applicable knowledge to help public institutions adopt innovative approaches that improve service delivery and organizational performance.


On the first day, participants explored key innovation concepts, tools, and strategies tailored for the public sector, focusing on how structured innovation can boost efficiency and address complex challenges.
The second day emphasized hands-on application, with participants divided into teams to tackle real-world challenges. Through dynamic discussions and debates, they demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration, working across institutional boundaries to find innovative solutions.



The final day wrapped up with case studies, knowledge-sharing on change and risk management, and problem-solving sessions. Participants pitched innovative solutions to public sector challenges, bringing their learning into action. Each participant received a certificate, recognizing their commitment to fostering innovation in the public sector.
