ICT Hub Korça – Java training Bootcamp Launch

On Tuesday, ‘ICT HUB KORÇA’, an EU for Innovation and Municipality of Korça initiative, launched the “JAVA Training Bootcamp”.

This intensive, 4-week training in JAVA programming will give to 15 young people, coming from the city of Korça and the nearby region, the possibility to strengthen their ICT skills and deepen their knowledge in programming languages.

The first training session, was opened by the welcoming words of the Mayor of Korca, Mr. Sotiraq Filo, who wished the participants success in their new pursuit.

The JAVA Training Bootcamp, is part of a series of trainings, workshops and community building activities, that aim to retain talent, foster entrepreneurship, develop a skilled labour force and offer job opportunities to the youth of Korça and put the town of Korça on the European map as an ICT destination for national and international businesses.
