
We would like to share with you all the great start-up ideas that were developed during .S.E.A.M. incubator. On the final event of this programme, the amazing talent of the participants was showcased through an exhibition, titled “Tangible Forecast”.
P-Pillows
Artist Ledia Konstandini drew inspiration from the most random parking barriers in Tirana. After collecting images of several, she began to think about how to transform this object from something rigid meant to keep people out into something soft that brings people together.
Each pillow is crafted from recycled materials, showcasing a commitment to sustainability while reflecting the vibrant and dynamic character of Tirana. P-pillows won the first prize of the .S.E.A.M. incubator.



Muzg Lamp
This is Muzg Lamp, a beautiful creation that earned a Mobility Prize from Project .S.E.A.M. Architect Jonida Gjoka started out to create something that emphasizes the beauty of imperfection, celebrating the unique character and warmth of its components.
Muzg Lamp showcases meticulous craftsmanship, combining responsibly sourced Albanian beech wood and glass. Every Muzg Lamp is handmade and distinct.



Zeja
Meet Zeja, an innovative idea that transforms discarded posters and paper materials into handmade notebooks. Sadmira Malaj, a professor, came up with the idea after noticing that all of her students’ posters ended up in the trash. She collected them and used traditional paper recycling techniques to create unique notebooks perfect for artists and architects.
Zeja combines environmental responsibility with practical design, making each notebook a testament to the power of upcycling and creative reuse.



Mugs&Bugs
Mugs&Bugs, a standout participant in Project S.E.A.M., features handcrafted mugs adorned with intricate insect motifs, combining creativity with ergonomic design.
Barbara Doda’s reconnection with pottery has resulted in these unique and beautifully crafted pieces, each mug reflecting her artistic journey and passion for functional art.



ReClaim
Check out ReClaim, a distinguished participant in .S.E.A.M. incubator. ReClaim offers modular, eco-friendly furniture crafted from reclaimed wood, striking a perfect balance between aesthetics and versatility.
Each piece reflects Eleni Sara’s commitment to sustainability and innovative design, transforming reclaimed materials into functional furniture.



Watch your Step
Watch Your Step, created by Kejdi Biraci, is a proud winner of the Mobility Award of S.E.A.M. incubator. This innovative footwear line merges art and fashion, emphasizing caution and comfort.
The first prototype draws inspiration from traditional Albanian clogs, adding edgy details to create unconventional shoes. Kejdi’s designs transform everyday footwear into artistic statements.



Sigur
Sigur by Armela Lamaj, another graduated start-up of S.E.A.M. incubator, creates silk scarves inspired by the stone designs of Tirana Square.
Blending modern printing techniques with traditional craftsmanship, each scarf captures the essence of Tirana’s urban landscape, offering a unique fusion of contemporary design and artisanal quality. Sigur was given one of the awards, the Mobility Prize.



18 Stories
18 Stories by Jonida Ciko and Orjeta Aliaj, winner of the second prize at S.E.A.M. incubator, captures Albanian culture in intricately embroidered textiles.
This innovative project merges vintage fabrics with modern artistry, creating pieces that beautifully reflect the rich heritage and contemporary creativity of Albania.



Archdisciple
Archdisciple, an innovative start-up and participant in the first cohort of S.E.A.M. incubator, is revolutionizing sustainable packaging. Co-founded by Enkeleda Lika and Rixhers Dengo, Archdisciple creates multifunctional packaging from mycelium.



Exclamation Mark
Exclamation Mark by Sibora Hoxha, a participant in .S.E.A.M. incubator, uses artistic expressions to address societal issues through everyday objects.
Her first collection features hoodies and tote bags that creatively convey the frustration of wearers with the growing cost of living, transforming economic crises into powerful messages.



Ork
Ork by Dejvi Dauti, awarded Third Prize at .S.E.A.M. incubator, creates innovative architecture and design from waste materials, emphasizing sustainability and resilience.
Ork’s first prototype, a vibrant blue bench, showcases the potential of upcycled materials to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.



Fora
Fora, created by Enza Rripaj, Flamur Dardeshi, Redina Qose, and Sonjeta Mimini, is another standout start-up in the first cohort of S.E.A.M. incubator. This cultural magazine fosters critical discourse on artistic events in Albanian-speaking territories, providing a vibrant platform for cultural commentary and engagement.



Primordial Wave
Primordial Wave by Vivian Mehmedaj, is an innovative video game in its early stages of development, created during .S.E.A.M. incubator. This game aims to raise awareness about the importance of Albania’s bodies of water, encouraging players to engage in efforts to keep them clean and preserve their natural beauty.



This programme is powered by EU4Innovation and implemented by Destil Creative Hub in cooperation with Polis University and Polytechnic University of Tirana and curated by Venera Mustafa.
