German Ambassador’s Visit to INNOVET Korça

On March 14th the German Ambassador to Albania, Mr. Karl Bergner, visited the Construction VET school in Korça and among other, had a chance to get introduced to the INNOVET initiative and some of the innovative business ideas coming from students.

Over 30 students have received training on how to set up a company and develop business and financial plans. 4 student start-up ideas will receive further support in advancing entrepreneurship skills.

INNOVET is implemented by Junior Achievement Albania, Polis University and Construction VET school in Korça. Together with our partners, we aim at promoting entrepreneurship and innovative thinking as skill sets for future talent in VET system.

The European Union and the German Government, through GIZ (ProSEED & EU4I), are powering the INNOVET initiative, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation and the National Agency for Employment and Skills.
