Gap Analysis extension trip throughout Albania

What is the status of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Albania? This is the question that EU for Innovation wants to elaborate on by updating the “Gap Analysis: Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Albania”. In this framework, expert Eileen Trenkmann and EU for Innovation team members are meeting with ecosystem players and stakeholders such as universities, innovation support organisations, government, start-ups, trying to understand the dynamics in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation outside Tirana.

On Monday, we met with representatives of the Faculty of Economics at Universiteti i Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”, representatives of Universiteti “Aleksander Moisiu” Durres, and with GO2 – an NGO engaged in consulting start-ups & SMEs in the sector of tourism and women initiators of social businesses.

The meetings will continue this week in other cities, such as Vlora, Elbasan, Korça, etc.

The overall purpose of the survey/gap analysis is to design recommendations that the “EU for Innovation” project could build upon and implement in the upcoming year.

Cila është gjendja e ekosistemit të sipërmarrjes në Shqipëri? Kjo është pyetja që BE për Inovacionin dëshiron të shtjellojë duke përditësuar “Analizën e hendekut mbi Ekosistemin e Sipërmarrjes në Shqipëri”.

Në këtë kornizë, ekspertja gjermane Eileen Trenkmann dhe anëtarë të skuadrës së BE për Inovacionin janë duke takuar përfaqsues së ekosistemit sipërmarrës dhe palët e interesuara si universitetet, organizatat në përkrahje të inovacionit, përgaqsues nga qeveria, startup-e,duke u përpjekur të kuptojnë dinamikat në fushën e sipërmarrjes dhe inovacionit jashtë kryeqytetit.

Të hënën, ekipi u takua me përfaqësues të Fakultetit të Ekonomisë në Universitetin e Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”, përfaqësues të Universitetit “Aleksander Moisiu” Durrës, dhe me GO2 – një OJF e angazhuar në këshillimin e startup-eve & NVM-ve në sektorin e turizmit dhe grave nismëtare të bizneseve sociale.

Takimet do të vazhdojnë këtë javë në qytete të tjera si Vlora, Elbasani, Korça, etj.

Qëllimi i përgjithshëm i anketës/analizës së hendekut është të hartojë rekomandime mbi të cilat projekti BE për Inovacion mund të ndërtojë dhe implementojë në vitin e ardhshëm.
