The Flexible Start-up Support Programme is designed to support the ecosystem for such services for start-ups, by using an entrepreneur-centred approach and ensuring that the partner ISOs for this program rely on a sustainable model.
The program offers flexibility for start-ups to participate in any or all the modules currently provided and based on the demand and the challenges of the start-ups, it may change, adapt and/or roll out to include other modules and services.

“Lean Start-ups” module will provide a scientific approach to creating and managing start-ups and get a desired product to customers’ hands faster. The Lean Start-up method helps to drive a start-up how to steer, when to turn, and when to persevere, and grow a business with maximum acceleration.
“Sustainable Business Model and Development” module will prepare the start-ups to build a management team and to delegate tasks, to create sustainable business development strategies and to develop KPIs. A sustainable company is one whose purpose and actions are equally grounded in financial, environmental and social concerns. In this module the start-ups will learn how to plan out their resource usage, to involve the whole team in this effort, as well as how to engage their customers.
Innovation NEST is the first Balkan Business Angel Network representative, to support to invest, to incubate, and help develop a new-technology on WB6 industries and enterprises in being innovative and competitive towards the internalization of their presence. Innovation NEST will ensure the challenge of digital transformation of the SME’s network through transparency, promoting innovation, productivity and competitiveness; opening up new markets and generating further employment opportunities; strengthening of vocational education and training; promoting social inclusion and increasing the level of well-being of citizens are considered as the main advantages of digitalization.
“Marketing & Sales Strategic Planning” module will teach a range of processes for creating, communicating and delivering customer value as well as improving customer relationships. It will cover topics such as: Characteristics and Benefits of Product/Service, Pricing, Identification of the target market and customer segmentation, raising consumer awareness, how to make people buy, Distribution of the purchased product, Managing Customer Relationships, After the distribution, etc.
“Financial Planning and Fund-raising” module will teach basic financial knowledge needed for operating start-ups. Participants of this module will learn to read and understand financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, as well as learn about financial planning of a start-up.
This module will also cover the company valuation as well as how start-ups get funding. It also aims to enable entrepreneurs to directly apply the knowledge gained into running their start-ups, as well as to understand the “Finance language” so that they can talk to professionals with confidence.
