.S.E.A.M. held an inspiring exhibition and pitching event yesterday, showcasing the innovative projects of its first cohort. Attendees, including participants, friends, and stakeholders, had the opportunity to explore the remarkable creations achieved during the program.
The event began with opening remarks from Mrs. Sonila Abdalli, Co-Founder and Director of Destil Creative Hub, Mr. Karlfried Bergner, the Ambassador of Germany to Albania, Mr. Sebastian Berwanger, Project Manager at EU4Innovation, and Mrs. Esmerina Hidri, .S.E.A.M. Program Coordinator.
Following the speeches, fourteen creatives presented their innovative concepts at the intersection of art and manufacturing. Each participant showcased their unique ideas, demonstrating the diverse and interdisciplinary nature of the S.E.A.M. incubator. As the distinguished jury deliberated, attendees were treated to an Inspirational Talk by Thibaut de Ruyter, a renowned curator and critic of art and architecture.
The prize ceremony was a highlight of the day, celebrating the exceptional work of the participants.
The Mobility Prize was awarded to ‘Watch Your Step,’ ‘Muzg Lamp,’ and ‘Sigur’. Third-place honors went to ‘Archdisciple,’ ‘Zeja,’ and ‘Ork,’ while ‘18 Stories’ earned the second prize. The first prize was awarded to ‘P-Pillows,’ acknowledging its outstanding creativity and impact.
The event concluded with a networking session. This successful event not only celebrated the achievements of the first .S.E.A.M. cohort but also underscored the program’s role in fostering creativity and innovation at the intersection of art and manufacturing.
