MoU signing between GIZ Albania and 10 Albanian Universities

EU4Innovation is collaborating with Germin to implement the “Diaspora4Innovation” project, whose overall goal is to activate the global knowledge of diaspora for a local impact. This event will serve to officialize the collaboration between 10 Diaspora & 12 Resident Scholars in host Universities in an official ceremony – with the presence of GIZ country Director and European Union Delegation representatives.
