
On November 19th Digital Nomad Festival Tirana hosted an engaging panel discussion titled ‘From Destination to Community: Supporting Digital Nomads in Albania’. The conversation explored how Albania can evolve from a travel destination into a thriving hub for digital nomads.


The panel featured Arlind Haxhijaj, Program Manager of C4Communities and founder of Coolab coworking space, who shared his expertise on the importance of community-driven collaboration in fostering local and international connections.

Krystina Yager, a traveler, leadership consultant, and creator of the House of Delphi, offered insights into the personal and professional growth opportunities Albania provides for digital nomads, as well as the challenges they encounter.
Skerdi Sino, Vice President of Performance Marketing at Native Teams and President of the Albanian Digital Nomad Association, discussed strategies to attract more remote professionals and build a thriving nomad community in Albania.


Ardit Cami, director of Remote Year in Albania, drew from his experience bringing over 200 digital nomads to the country, highlighting what it takes to transform Albania into a welcoming and supportive community for global professionals.
This pivotal discussion marked an important step in shaping Albania’s identity as not just a destination but a true home for the digital nomad lifestyle.
