1^st EIIU TALKs with Prof. Dr. Uwe Rössler and signing of Memorandum of Understanding between FH Bielefeld and University Aleksander Moisiu

One of the aspects of the EU for Innovation project is to enable Albanian universities in offering start-up services and to strengthen linkages with successful universities & university-affiliated incubators in Europe.

We want to build beneficial partnerships that encourage exchange of start-ups, joint programs, transfer of knowledge and cooperation in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.

In this framework, on October 30th a Memorandum of Understanding, between Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, Germany represented by President – Prof. Dr. Ingeborg Schramm-Wölk, and “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës, represented by Rector – Prof. Dr. Kseanela Sotirofski was signed. Along with the staff and student exchanges, this MoU will have a special focus on Entrepreneurship, as highlighted during the technical workshop conducted in the presence of AMUD faculty members and FH Bielefeld delegation; while the EU for Innovation project will continue its support in drafting and implementing of the MoU action plan.

On the same day, the “Entrepreneurship & Innovation Inspirational Talks in/ for Universities” had its official start: the 1st EIIUTalk featured Prof. Dr. Uwe Rössler, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Health in FH Bielefeld, who shared with the audience insight on the entrepreneurial ecosystems in the the start-up region Ostwestfalen-Lippe.

Një nga aspektet e projektit BE për Inovacionin është të zhvillojë kapacitetet e universiteteve shqiptare në ofrimin e shërbimeve për startup-et dhe forcimin e lidhjeve me universitete të suksesshme dhe inkubatorë të universiteteve evropiane.

Ne dëshirojmë të ndërtojmë partneritete të dobishme, që inkurajojnë shkëmbimin mes startup-eve, programeve të përbashkëta, transferimin e njohurive dhe bashkëpunimit në fushën e sipërmarrjes dhe inovacionit.

Në këtë kuadër, më 30 tetor, u nënshkrua një marrëveshje bashkëpunimi midis Universitetit të Shkencave të Aplikuara të Bielefeldit, përfaqësuar nga Presidentja – Prof. Dr. Ingeborg Schramm-Wölk, dhe Universiteti “Aleksandër Moisiu” i Durrësit, përfaqësuar nga Rektorja – Prof. Dr. Kseanela Sotirofski. Përveç shkëmbimeve të stafit dhe studentëve, kjo marrëveshje bashkëpunimi, do të ketë në fokus të veçantë sipërmarrjen, siç u theksua dhe përgjatë seminarit teknik të zhvilluar në prani të anëtarëve të fakulteteve të UAMD dhe FH Bielefeld; ndërsa projekti “BE për Inovacionin” do të vazhdojë mbështetjen e tij, nëpërmjet hartimit dhe zbatimit të planit të veprimit.

Në të njëjtën ditë, nisi dhe seria e parë e “EIIU Talks – mbi Sipërmarrjen dhe Inovacionin në/ për Universitetet” me Prof. Dr. Uwe Rössler, Dekan i Fakultetit të Biznesit dhe Shëndetit në FH Bielefeld, i cili ndau në një prezantim për pjesëmarrësit, eksperiencën e tij me ekosistemet e sipërmarrjes në rajonin e startup-eve OWL, në Gjermani.
